Information Collection, Use, and Sharing

We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.

We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organisation, other than as necessary to fulfill your request, e.g. to ship an order.

Unless you ask us not to, we may contact you via email in the future to tell you about special offers, new products or services, or changes to this privacy policy.

You may opt out of any future contacts from us at any time. You can do the following at any time by contacting us via the email address or phone number given on our website:

Security

We take precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline.

Wherever we collect sensitive information (such as credit card data), that information is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way. You can verify this by looking for a closed lock icon at the bottom of your web browser, or looking for “https” at the beginning of the address of the web page.

While we use encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, we also protect your information offline. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, billing or customer service) are granted access to personally identifiable information. The computers/servers in which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.

Our Privacy Policy may change from time to time and all updates will be posted on this page.

If you feel that we are not abiding by this privacy policy, you should contact us immediately.

Cookie Policy

What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files that a website saves on your computer, phone or tablet when you visit it. They let the website remember things about your visit, such as what’s in your basket or the choices you’ve made.

How we ask for your consent

When you first visit our website, we ask you which cookies you’re happy for us to use. Cookies that are strictly necessary for the website to work are always on. We only use analytics and marketing cookies if you agree to them, and none are set until you do.

You can choose Accept All, Reject All, or Manage preferences to turn analytics and marketing cookies on or off individually. We remember your choice for 12 months, after which we’ll ask again.

Changing your mind

You can change or withdraw your consent at any time. Use the cookie button in the bottom-left corner of any page. If you withdraw consent, we stop using those cookies and delete the ones we’ve already set.

You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block strictly necessary cookies, parts of the website, such as the basket and checkout, will not work.

Cookies we use

These are always on, because the website needs them to work.

It uses a random identifier rather than your name or email address. Your IP address is not stored. Google may process this data outside the UK under appropriate safeguards. See how Google uses data.

We only use these with your consent.

Changes to this policy

We will update this policy if the cookies we use change. This policy was last updated on 26/10/2026.

Email newsletter

If you tick “Tick here to receive our monthly email newsletter” on our contact form, at checkout or when creating an account, we will add you to our mailing list. We only do this if you tick the box; it is never ticked for you.

What we collect: your email address, and where you have given them, your name, company, phone number, town or city and postcode.

Why we use it: to send you our monthly newsletter about our products, offers and news.

Our lawful basis: your consent, which you give by ticking the box.

Who processes it: our mailing list is managed by Mailchimp (Intuit Inc.), which stores your details on our behalf and sends our emails. Mailchimp is based in the United States. Your data is transferred there under appropriate safeguards, including the UK International Data Transfer Addendum and the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. See Mailchimp’s privacy notice.

How long we keep it: until you unsubscribe. After that, we keep only your email address on a suppression list, so that we don’t email you again.

Unsubscribing: every newsletter includes an unsubscribe link. You can also ask us to remove you at any time by contacting us at gen@sacw.co.uk.
