Concrete-effect

Poured and polished concrete floors look striking, but they’re phenomenally difficult to maintain: they’re prone to cracking, dusting and staining, plus they’re disruptive and expensive to install or repair. Concrete-effect tiles give you the same raw, minimalist look – subtle mottling, matt or lightly honed finishes, an even industrial grey – in a porcelain tile that’s hard-wearing, easy to clean and simple to lay. It’s a finish that suits contemporary new-builds, loft conversions and commercial projects where a pared-back architectural look is the goal.
